When you apply for a mortgage with a lender, that lender will need to pull credit.
When that credit pull happens the credit bureaus sell that information to other lenders. That starts the flood of calls, texts, and emails from mortgage lenders.
It can really be a headache for our buyers and there is not much the lender can do about it.
BUT there is something YOU can do to stop it!
Did you know that there are two opt out lists you can add your name to, to be added to the Do Not Call Registry's.
One is federal and one is for these credit companies to stop them from using your data!
