I Applied for a Mortgage. Why Are Lenders Blowing Up My Phone?

You may have applied for a mortgage or car loan in the past and the next thing you know, lenders or dealers are blowing up your phone to apply. It happens all the time when people apply for a
mortgage, credit card or car loan.
 
In the mortgage business these are called Trigger Leads. When a borrower has their credit pulled the bureaus, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion sell that data to other lenders. There is nothing a lender can do to avoid this. If there was, we would. I hate it and its legal. Listen to this episode to learn more.
