Mortgage rates have been increasing this year off the all-time lows of 2020 and 2021. It stinks because those couple years were amazing but that was maybe a once in a lifetime type of situation. Now we are entering back into a normal market.
There still is concern with where the interest rate market is going so I brought on our Vice President of Secondary, Brad Chatel, to discuss his thoughts on where rates were, where they are today and where they are going.
