How I (The Lender) Helped 3 Offers Get Accepted Last Week!

This is a very tough market for any buyer and it is even harder for buyers who need financing.

Cash is king in our market but we can get you really close to it. We have had great success calling the Listing Agents when our clients make the offer.

One of the value added services we have added is to fully underwrite the Pre-Approvals and we tell the Listing Agent all about it. It helped get three offers accepted last week. I know this happened because the agents told me that the reason the offer got accepted was the fact that the lender called AND the buyer was already underwritten.

It made the Listing Agent and Seller comfortable with our deal. I do this for buyers that are also just Pre-Approved but have not been underwritten yet and it still helps.
