Ep. 90 REALTOR TIP: Current Reasons to Call Your Database

I know most Realtors will try to keep in touch with their database so I thought I would throw you a few ideas if you wanted to reach out to them. Having something to say can get tough.
 
Here are a few ideas for you if you wanted to call, text or email them this week.
 
 
• Homeowners insurance rates- Ask if they have shopped their insurance this year?
Lots of changes happening and none of them are good. Costs are going up and it looks to be getting worse in Florida. Here is a recent story: https://www.insurancejournal.com/news/southeast/2022/07/21/676895.htm
 
• Do they want to buy an investment property? We have a new product that is a 5/1 Adjustable Rate mortgage and the rate is 4.25%. They will need to pay 1.5% in discount points and some other things to qualify but maybe they are interested.
 
• Do they need any referrals around the house or for their life? Lawn, painting, financial advisor, roofer etc. I have a list of people I can recommend if you do not. This will be a great way to offer help to them
