I know most Realtors will try to keep in touch with their database so I thought I would throw you a few ideas if you wanted to reach out to them. Having something to say can get tough.
Here are a few ideas for you if you wanted to call, text or email them this week.
• Homeowners insurance rates- Ask if they have shopped their insurance this year?
• Do they want to buy an investment property? We have a new product that is a 5/1 Adjustable Rate mortgage and the rate is 4.25%. They will need to pay 1.5% in discount points and some other things to qualify but maybe they are interested.
• Do they need any referrals around the house or for their life? Lawn, painting, financial advisor, roofer etc. I have a list of people I can recommend if you do not. This will be a great way to offer help to them
