Ep. 24 Maintain a United Front

If you do enough deals in real estate, something is going to go sideways some time. You do enough deals and it will happen every month. We have experienced plenty of these transactions over the years and the ones that will usually come to a successful outcome the quickest is where all parties involved maintain a united front.

I’m sure you have your preferred lender/lenders, insurance, inspector and title company so it is imperative that you all work together to get that deal to a smooth and timely closing. I have been doing mortgages since 2001, so I have seen more than a few transactions that had issues and the Realtor has decided to act as an adversary instead of an ally. This causes a ton of undo stress to the buyer because a battle of he said/she said can start.
