So this one is a little deeper than I normally go with our podcasts but I thought it was a story that needed to be told. My cousin, Kevin McAleer, joined us to share in his story of addiction and his road to recovery with Teen Challenge.
I have witnessed firsthand and via social media how destructive drug and alcohol abuse can be. Kevin’s story is one that I think many people who are addicts or have family that are addicts can relate to. He has been clean for over two years now and I am very proud of him.
Hopefully this will give someone hope and inspiration to get help.
Every city in America has treatment centers and Kevin’s was able to fully recover at Teen Challenge.
