Never Disqualify a Buyer Without Talking to a Lender

Have you ever thought you can’t get approved for something and so you don’t try?

It happens all the time in the mortgage business.

 

We talk to a borrower, and they give us all the reasons we won’t pre-approve them. We do the application, and they get pre-approved.

 

Don’t get me wrong, there are times where they borrower still gets denied but we can then give them a roadmap to get pre-approved.

 

 

Either way, you should want to apply with a lender to see what can be done now OR what you need to do to get ready in the future.
