Ep. 60 Should You Accept FHA/VA Offers?

More and more we are hearing back from our buyers and referral partners that their FHA and VA buyers are not having their offers accepted.

I understand this if the sales price is over the estimated appraised value. You don’t want to enter that mess. I don’t understand if the FHA or VA buyer is the best offer. A VA buyer is usually just as strong as any conventional buyer and the only real difference to the Seller is that a WDO inspection is required.

Don’t be scared of these buyers.
