We can actually have your buyers fully underwritten without having a property under contract. This means when your buyer makes an offer you can tell the listing agent that all we need is the appraisal and title and we can move on to closing.
This is as close to cash as you can get. Also, when you make an offer with one of these underwritten pre-approvals we will contact the listing agent for you. This will help your buyer get their contract accepted in a competitive market.
