Saw this movie “The Ballad of Buster Scruggs” pop up on Netflix a couple weeks ago. Once I realized that it was directed by the Coen Brothers AND was a Western, I had to give this a shot.

I’m glad I did because I liked this movie. It won’t be for everybody but I thought it was awesome. The movie tells 6 different stories and they are all based on the American West but do not tie together. Each story stands alone as it’s own which will help those of you that can’t pay attention for long amounts of time or that want to play on your phone while you watch a movie.

I would be really curious to see who else watched this and what they thought. I may be standing by myself in liking this movie like when I recommended Bubba Ho-Tep to my in-laws. Life Tip: Never recommend Bubba Ho-Tep to your in-laws.

FYI- James Franco is in it. I normally think he is the same character in every movie and it is true in this one. I still liked his story.

I give this show a 700 credit score.
