Waiting on Your Home Inspection

Should You Wait on Repairs?

Several of our recent buyers have wanted to hold off from signing loan disclosures until the home inspections was completed OR repairs negotiated from the home inspection.

I highly recommend you not doing that and to continue to move forward with the loan process. Yes put the appraisal on hold but the rest of the process should be full speed ahead.

Why?

Every day matters in this process so you don’t want to lose several days early in the process waiting. Trust me, the closing date will be here before you know it :)

Check out this video to learn why you should not hold off on the mortgage process while waiting for the home inspection.
